Conditions
Please read carefully through the following points:
Once
the amount of the deposit and the price of the accommodation has been
confirmed by EPS, the deposit has to be credited on the account below.
In case you decide to cancel the booking, it will have to be done at
least 15 days before the arrival of the student. A non respect of this
condition will generate a loss of the deposit. If the accommodation
does not satisfy the student, other alternatives may be proposed to the
student. The deposit will never be used as payment of the last month´s
rent. Finally, if the contratc is not respected, the deposit will
automatically be lost.

Note: You have to pay any bank charges for this service.
Once
the transfer has been done, you will have to send the banking receipt
so that the pre-booking of your room can be confirmed. The booking will
not be effective until we receive the banking receipt by fax (+34 952
22 82 27).
If the contract is not respected, or in the case of a late cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Important:
A
representative of EPS will visit the apartment the day before the
student leaves
to inspect its state of cleanliness and maintenance. The deposit will
be refunded only after inspecting the apartment (cleanliness of the
places, operation of the material, etc) and the keys returned to EPS (
in the case ofapartments and rooms in apartment).
The student will have to pay an agency fee of 40 €.
The
agency proposes an optional service; we offer you the possibility to be
picked up from the airport when you arrive and to drive you back when
you leave.
Single: 30 € (Malaga airport – accommodation)
Return: 50 € (Malaga airport – accommodation – Malaga airport)
The
duration of the renting contract depends on the type of accommodation
and the season. There are two types of contract: one for a room in
apartment and another one for a whole flat.
The
tenant has to inform EPS if he/she wants to welcome friends or family
in the accommodation. Not to inform the agency will be considered as a
non-respect of the contract.
If the whole
flat is rented by the same person, he/she is responsible for the rent
of the whole flat, even if one the flatmates decides to break his/her
contract. For the rooms rented in collocation, each tenant will be
responsible for his/her own rent, without worrying about the rest of
the rooms.
The payment of invoices will be made in cash (of the amount due) at the EPS agency.
The
tenant is responsible for the furniture and objects enumerated during
the inventory. He/She has to keep them in good conditions and leave
them at the end of the contract without any other degradations than the
ones resulting from normal use. The tenant is responsible of any damage
occurred in the accommodation due to a fault, carelessness or abusive
use. He/She has to keep the rented goods in perfect condition of
cleanliness and maintenance.
The tenant
has three days to report any anomalies in the flat. Any anomaly
communicated after this period will not be taken into account by EPS.
