• Type of room requiered

2. Once received we will tell you the availability of the room/s you would like to book.

3. To confirm your reservation of the room/s you need to conduct a bank transfer to our bank account.

• In case of a long-term rent al (at least 3 months) it needs to be a deposit of the amount of an one months rent

• In case of a short-term rental, 30% of the total cost of the stay needs to be transferred.
